The Company
Mr Frog, specialising in the supply and making of garments for all forms of dance and exercise; suppliers of regulation garments and footwear.
Prices
Current prices available on request, subject to increase without notification. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment
All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch, and remain the property of Mr Frog until fully paid. We accept all Major Credit/Debit Cards (except American Express). Cheques may be sent by post but please be aware that these are subject to 5 day clearance before dispatch. Secure online payments can be made via PayPal.
Delivery
Goods in stock at time of ordering will be dispatched within 48 hours. If an order is placed after 5pm Friday it will be dispatched Monday am. No guarantee of delivery can be made for goods out of stock. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post and require a signature on delivery. Urgent orders will be sent Special Delivery at an additional cost, please contact us if you require this service. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed, this will include an approximate delivery date.
Made to Measure Garment Delivery
This is normally 21-28 days. Urgent orders will be considered at an additional charge. Please contact us with your required date as soon as possible and we will inform you of an approximate delivery date upon ordering. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post and require a signature on delivery. Urgent orders will be sent Special Delivery at an additional cost, please contact us if you require this service.
Colour Matching
No guarantee can be given as to the colour match of goods ordered at different times.

Returns/Faulty Goods/Exchanges
Mr Frog Dancewear follows the Distance Selling Regulations – whereby items may be returned within 7 days in unworn/unused condition and in the original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for return post and packaging. Postage is non-refundable in this circumstance
Faulty Goods - we will refund the return postage upon receipt of the item and dispatch a replacement.
Exchanges - please state clearly your requirements including Name, Full Address and reason for exchange. If you require a different size of the same item, we will send this out free of charge. Additional Postage charges will be incurred If you require a different item.
We cannot accept the return of worn tights for hygiene reasons
Mr Frog Made to Measure costumes are non-returnable unless they are faulty. Returns will only be accepted with prior agreement from Mr Frog Dancewear. No liability will be accepted by Mr Frog for any faults arising from wilful damage, misuse, inappropriate washing or where incorrect measurements are supplied by the customer.
We recommend all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for mislaid parcels.
Credit Card Security
All payments are through PayPal Shopping Cart, no Credit Card details are kept on our system or website.
Gallery Photograph Submission
We welcome photographs of our garments for inclusion on our Costume Design Pages. Please submit any photos either in JPEG format via email info@mrfrogdancewear.co.uk or hard copy.
- We reserve the right not to display a photo if we deem it unsuitable
- Unless stated, photos are non returnable
- Please ensure the photos are as clear as possible
- Finally, on sending us your photo you are giving us your permission to display your photo on our website.
